Since the days of our Matchbox cars when we were small, for my brothers and I, it was always our dream to open our own repair shop. After working many years for local dealerships and independent shops in the area we took the plunge and stepped out on our own with not much more than our enthusiasm and experience. We sincerely believed that with our combined experience and a lot of hard work that we could open a repair shop with integrity and honesty and do a better job of customer service than what we had experienced in other facilities. It is our firm belief that we can operate Pinnacle Automotive Service with honesty and integrity while still providing great customer service at a fair price.

We are a family owned and operated business consisting of 3 brothers, Kevin, Chris and Chase and our Mom, Darnell. Our staff includes ASE certified technicians, a Parts Specialist and Service Writer, and years of experience in the auto repair business. We are committed to providing quality, honest and competent repairs to the people of the Triangle. We work everyday to compel our customers to speak positively about us to others and enjoy referring their family, friends and co-workers to Pinnacle Automotive Service. Technically speaking we have the latest diagnostic equipment, necessary to carry us into the new millennium. We sell tires at very competitive prices and have a computerized alignment machine, to make sure your vehicle rolls out of here in the right direction. We are also an Official North Carolina State Inspection Station.

Another feature which we are proud to represent is a 24 months, 24,000 mile Parts and Labor Warranty. We are a CarQuest TechNet Professional Repair Center and have the backing of TechNet which consists of repair shops in good standing through out the country. This warranty may be honored by any facility participating in the program throughout the United States and Canada. This program allows our customers to travel away from home knowing that they will not be charged for any warranty repairs.
